THE KEY FOB OPERATES THE RAMP REMOTELY SO ONCE YOU PUSH THE BUTTON ON THE REMOTE IT WILL OPEN THE SLIDING DOOR FIRST AND THEN PULL THE RAMP OUT WHILE KNEELING THE VAN ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE.
